Williams chain set ,nice pedals. rest appears replacement parts

Still looking at old catalogues to try and find out more .
Yep I think it is .Going by my 63 info.
States tubing is 531 .Came in 5 speed Benelux or SA 3 speed .
I think I may tidy this one up .

Mike when I first looked at the pictures on e bay I thought it was a Falcon .{I could not see the badge properly}.When I collected it yesterday I was more than happy .Not bad for £30 I reckon .

Frame number is H186 . Have you any idea of year ? I think it is 1950,s and well before the Raleigh take over .
