Dynamic Bikes?

Does anyone have any information on this brand(?), specifically a Dynamic Crusader with Simplex 10 speed? Has a headtube sticker that appears to read 'Bicycles International Limited England' and a drawing of a racing bike and rider... utter mystery, can't find anything about it.

Ah, now have, a couple of pictures, just before I striped it down. Frame weighs 2.7kg if that's of any interest (to anyone other than me. Sounds like a lot...).
