Sorry or the delay. The steerer is cut to 21cm. No digital camera available at the minute but will try and arrange some pics.

However, the forks are as new in original box with instructions etc.

I assume axle to crown is 470mm as they are designed for 29ers. I had them fitted to a 18" Litespeed built Cove Hummer and they were fine.
