DT swiss ratchet ring removal tool and end cap

Hello

I have discovered what is making my Rolf Sestriere wheels feel notchy and I need to remove the ratchet ring. Obviously this needs a special tool so I thought I would ask here if anyone has one?

Also, I need a drive side end cap to fit a Campagnolo freehub - look like the ones from any DT/Rolf campagnolo road hub will do.
