DT Shifter Mounting

Hi,

Is it possible to mount a rear indexed DT shifter on the non driveside downtube braze on?

Without it looking very odd or upside down.

I don’t think so, the cable will be the wrong way round

Quite. Looking from the side a rear shifter rotates anticlockwise to shift to a larger sprocket. It would have to hang down under the downtube...where it may well foul the front wheel.

Of course if you don't run indexed then a left hand / front shifter will work fine.
