Doug Bradbury Manitou Project

Mine is a later frame, the one you posted is a few years earlier from my research, though it's really hard to date Bradburys frames as they have no serial numbers. As I have understood (or my memory serves me correctly) he made frames up until '94 even after he had licensed Manitou to Answer Products.

I love your manitou fork with the first logo before the answer area. All the fork I saw with that design were built before 91, before the birth of XTR. For the frame, I don't know how Bradbury's frame looks likee after 90-91.( I have saw some Manitou made by answer).
One other hand, I recognize I'm a bit sujective when I wrote I prefer XTII than XTR. XT is mythic, XTR is bling bling and too sophisticated for me

You're correct on the fork comment, that did not come with the bike and was sourced separately.

What wheels and tyres you got on there?

Manitou (probably Hi-e shell) custom front hub 115mm wide and a Manitou custom widened M900 rear hub that is spaced at 145mm. The rear hub came with the bike which was one clue that lead me to believe the bike was a later model.

A new addition to the family! First gen fork which needs some TLC, some cables and thumb shifters and she'll be ready to rip. Need to rotate the headset cups so the logos are in the correct location too!
