just got back from a late evening ride, and don't you just love when it goes just right?!
left the house on the 07 clockwork, (hadn't been on it for a while, had been cheating on it with the st4! fancied non retro aswel, sorry!
)
launched myself down the local entry in to the new forest and went straight into blast it mode!
felt good as i hadnt been out much recently, well apart from the 30 miles on the st4 the day before but apart from that not alot (new girlfriend! need i say more!
)
anyway, i digress! hit a bit of oxygen deprivation after giving it a little too much but rode myself out of it and into the local enclosure for a cicuit of "the noads" then on to "bunker hill" don't know where the names came from, could even be made up!
anyway, up bunker hill in mid ring 2nd, got to be happy with that but it did hurt a bit, one of those short sharp buggers that stops you dead in your tracks but you just have to attack it! straight back via another enclosure with a few more nice bits of singletrack.
on with the USE coz it's getting dark and through the nice slightly downhill last track home, i know i'm coming up on a road crossing can see both ways, it's clear . . . launch across the road off the "lip", clear the road! (yes, it's narrow!) and land perfectly and carry on pedalling like i'm being chased by an ugly bird!
half mile and home, awsome . . . dont you just love it.
