It would need to be winterbike friendly

Dont really need it, but winterbike is looking aged and this might be cheaper than a respray.

Yes it does have front/rear mudguard eyes
Also front/rear bridges
I used this over the winter
It also has points for rear rack!!!

sorry forgot to ask, is the 56cm to the top of the extended seat tube, ie top of collar or to the top of where the top tube intersects with it?
