Does anyone make a 31.8 flat handlebar in shiny turquoise?

I've been looking around and all I can find is 25.4. I did find turquoise in 31.8 but it has the rough shot peened finish, which I am not after. I also want it to be flat, not riser. Risers in 31.8 can be found in shiny turquoise. I'd like to not use shims either. Something clean with no crazy graphics.

Alternatively, if anyone has a nice purple 25.4 stem I could maybe go that route. I was trying to use my current 31.8.

Thank you. Those seem to have the shot peened finish and the decals definitely kill them, as you hinted.

Thank you. I saw the KCNC ones and like them but unfortunately they also have the shot peened finish. I was looking for a smooth shiny finish like the old answer hyperlite bars.

I used it with great success to remove some lairy printed graphics from a handlebar stem.
