Does anyone knows what bike this is ?

does anyone knows what bike this is ? does anyone has any experience with it ? I saw one for sale (100euro's) and I'm really into o'skool dh bikes, but is it worth it, can I upgrade it with some decent disc brakes and other bling ? it's probabely a raleigh and I did found some similair bikes but not with that swing arm .. ?





I also saw an Rotwild rfr 03 (300 euro's), any comments about it ? probabely when there are not to much bad comments, I buy them both and keep you guys updated !!

Rotwild good (as in, it's a proper bike), Raleigh not good (as in, cheap junk).

Ok, that was a little what I expected .. The raleigh doesn't have hydraulic disc brakes, only mechanical but I have a spare Hope Evo's from my sgs Ironhorse and the fork was also a little dissapointing .. the only thing I really liked was the geometry is just like my Trek Issue Dh, and that has a Really rigid swingarm ! It also was/is one of the best bike's I've ever ridden on ..
So I can only make a piece of 'expensive junk' out of the raleigh when I upgrade it ?

the rotwild is a lot better (I guess), better fork, brakes, rear shock but I have totally no experience with it's frame geometry and brand .. But this bike needs less upgrade I suppose ..

I doubt the geometry (as in the actual lengths and angles of the tubes) is anything like your Trek -- the frame just looks a vaguely similar shape

Just made the appointement, goin' to pick up the rotwild 2 night !!!
I'll just forget about the raleigh ..

perhaps one more question : any experience/knowings about a giant ds300 5120euro's secondhand) ? it's a completely standard fully bike, no disc brakes, standard rear shock, but dual crown fork ..
when I bought that rotwild, don't know if I would let my girlfriend ride my SGS Ironhorse Pro DH or the rotwild so maybe buying a xtra bike, just for her ? Or should I just let her trash the rotwild or sgs ? hehe

I had such a raleigh pass through my hands briefly a few years back

it was god-awful.
