One of mine is way too slow, he tries but his legs are about 7 inches long so he isn't the vest runner. The other. One is better built for the job and she loves it.

We go steady on a short lead near the house but take it off when we get to open country. It is supposed to be a great training tool too as you can tell them to keep with you and locally reward them for doing so . It is in their nature to stay with you anyway so it is easy training.

My mate has a big dalmation who likes to wonder off. He bought a spring loaded pole that attaches the sofa harness to the seatpoat. Because it is sprung it won't pull you off .

nice dogs guys

mine has the tendency to run off ahead but comes looking for me after a while when i cant keep up

its not my fault the little bugger can get up to 30mph+

I've tried it, but our two Cavaliers are a bit lively, and after one near miss in which I nearly ran one of them over, I decided that it was better to leave the bike at home!

I take the Bitch out occaisionally but not the dog as he pants and doesnt like it much
