Got one of those on my Rocky Mountain. They bolt on using the bridge between the chainstays. As long as you have a hole suitable to take the bolt it will fit. Needs a fair bit of faffing to set it up correctly but once sorted they work well.
Like this, hole all the way through the bridge.
