Dishing Tool Recommendations

Can any one recommend a good dishing tool or recommend ones to avoid?

I prefer the ones that sit against the locknuts rather than in the end of the axle.Much quicker to use.The best was a Minoura one that was at my last place.

I didn't know they did ones that sit against the ends of the axle. That would be useless as the axle 90% of times is slightly off centre, unless an OCD merchant has set it so that its not.

Its not a precision instrument so anything will do

If youre really stuck use the frame and brakes - keep turning the wheel round and dish it so that it sits in the frame centrally when you turn it around
