Does anyone know of a clamp on disc bracket to fit a klein pulse, rear obviously.

Sorry, doesn't look like the Palomino one will work:
It uses the existing holes in the big Trek dropout.
Your Pulse probably has the little Klein rear-facing dropouts.
Some later ones did have the two-bolt fitting on the chainstay, for which there was an ISO adapter:
If you've got no fittings, you'll need a universal adaptor.
