Disc brakes and HT2 chainset

Friend of mine is building a budget singlespeed and needs a few bits to finish it off. Its a first foray into a one-gear-wonder so he doesn't want to spend lots of cash.

He needs brakes, of the disc variety. 160mm, IS front and rear.

And...

A chainset, pref HT2. Rings unimportant but if it has a 32t middle, that would be convenient He has the bottom bracket already.

Anyone got anything kicking about?
