Clamp rod and twist lever to unscrew rod for cylinder in centre of lever. Rod is simply loctited into cyclinder and punched on top.

forces used in assembly cant be easily replicated in the standard garage

your back when the QR parts company & the resulting crash... hell cam twists were sh,te anyway. alu cam section used to crack. M&P cycles in swansea actually persuaded me NOT to buy as they'd had so many back.
Odyssy QRs were pretty sh,te as well.
