Following on from my purchase of a Marin shoreline trail (I am restoring) I was interested to see if anyone knows the difference between the shoreline trail, Mount vision, Mount vision pro and the other similar models. I have had a look at what I can find but the only really obvious difference seems to be the rear shock mounting point and a couple of extra mounts for a bottle cage. I assume it is also to do with the aluminium used in each frame too?
If someone has a definitive answer I would be very grateful to hear it. I am aware the rear triangles are interchangeable but would like to know what else is different on the main frame of each please.
