I got out on my recently finished alpinestars cro-mega and it was a perfect day. Good weather, great scenery and the bike was great fun. I took it up above Hebden Bridge and looped round to come back into the town through Hardcastle Craggs. It was the first time I'd ridden a rigid bike off road for nearly 20 years and it was brilliant. I could feel the grip levels so much better and the climbing was the best. Downhills are a bit scarier but I will be using this a lot this year. I took a photo at Jack Bridge when I stopped for a powerbar.

very nice. I didn't ride today as i rode Friday & Saturday. Will ride Monday

No gutted, too much growed up stuff to do so not been out all weekend.
Will make up for it tomorrow as not working.

Was out at 5am this morning on my way home from work, LED lights in the fog and on unlit paths was spooky and a little unreal, like riding in my own little cloud with all the sounds muffled.

clocked up just under 52 road miles in just under 3 1/2 hours, well unfit and nearly died at 40 miles, thank goodness for jelly cubes  need to get fitter and faster for MM

Had plans, but dropping my foot through a ceiling yesterday put paid to anything for the week. Only just able to hobble around on it now.

Yes had a lovely ride with the family on a former railway now Sustrans cycle route. Rode to York racecourse had a picnic then rode back to the car, perfect weather too :D

Nice, it looks like you have the fine weather too Raging Bulls. A perfect day for road and trails.

Yeah, around 16°C, 5MPH wind and not a cloud in sight.

This afternoon on the way home I couldn't do much more than 3mph because of all the pedestrians in our local park.
Peter Sarstedt's "Where do you go to" on the mp3 player, and it just felt right. It was like I was cruising in St. Tropez on MTB royalty. The peasants were out there riding modern Treks and Cannondales, and I felt like a billion dollars really.
