Did pace ever make a stealth version of the RC31's

As above - I picked up a set of RC31's with what can best be described as a Matt black powder coat - it's much thicker than a rattle can job and looks very similar to the RC36 stealths so wondering if this is OEM or aftermarket.

RC31 crown and dropout colours and designs, together with the carbon styles changed in alignment with the changes throughout the range of forks.

The 'Stealth' moniker referred to the black ti/ni stanchioned versions of the RC36 and RC38 in the 'Hollowform' [one piece carbon] guise and so not really applicable to the '31.

I've had two RC36 Stealth and both had chrome stanchions?
Although when I bought the second pair the very knowledgable girl didn't think they were stealth because the stanchions wern't black, but the decals said otherwise.

Aah, indeed; the befuddled mind of an old fool!!

Apologies, the RC36 Hollowform was indeed the 'Stealth', the black stanchioned forks were referred to as 'Type R' of course.
