Hi there. First time post. Went through the shed the other day and found my old Emmelle Classic. In not bad condition. Had some good memories on this bike.

That is worth saving.

Moore & Large simply rebranded other people's work

I've had two now, maybe three, one being the Ross then an Araya built one with full Mt60 with high end Suntour for the Ross

The more common low end stuff was just container loads of brightly coloured chuff

Never seen an Emmelle Aluminium Classic before. Can anyone share their frame number? I'd be interested to see which factory produced them.

I assume the OP was a Dolomite? Full Mountain LX groupset for the price of a lower spec Marin or Saracen. Couple of lads I knew had them and they were decent enough.
