Anything other than an aerial socket? Composite video? Is there a TV-Out on your computer? (Although if it's a desktop in another room it's all probably more trouble than it's worth )

Mine too!

And no - no VGA on that.

Only the LCD TVs I've got have VGA (and HDMI, for that matter).

I must confess, the family Wii console is most useful for iplayer.
