I have one full set of Blue 987 Canti's and levers which are in VVGC. I bought them recently from ditbicykles on this forum. They were supplied with the hangers, hanger cables, brake post bolts and also the tool. The only thing that may be missing is the installation instructions, however that was my doing.
These were sold as NOS and they certainly show no signs of wear, use or damage. I bought these for €38 plus postage from him.
