Dia Compe 986/987 Ti/Alu Replacement parts

I'm looking for Tuning Kit for the Dia Compe 986/987 cantilever brakes.
It replaces ll steel hardware of the brake with Titanium and Aluminum bits.
The Dia Compe part number is 986-TKIT.
