They come with sort of straps that can go around the shock brace as well!!

So would it fit on upside down forks then?
The only place to fit would be the lower clamp as there is no fork brace .

With lots of zip-ties to stop the little f#@%3rs from moving. Once fitted securely they're not too bad.
You need a fork brace to fit though. Reverse arch braces, wouldn't advise using on them.
