Looks to be Deore thumbies and a Rolls turbo in an interesting colour. Complete with a mystery bike attached for less than £40 (or offers)

If I was closer, it would be in bits in my spares bin.

Looks a lot like an early to mid 90's Scott to me. Probably one of the Adventure or Sports series.
I recognize nearly all of that shape. The canti bridge, the eyelets, the curve in the fork, the dropouts, the position of the cable stops, etc etc.

Would the Scott frame have a step in the seat tube? Top half is a different diameter to the lower section?

Picked the bike up and it's in decent nick, Altus derailleurs and psycho II tyres.

Not decided what to do with it yet, cannibalise it or use it as a beater.
