Dent in steel retro frame purchase advice

Just to round off the discussion - I am not buying the bike, you all confirmed my decision. I believe the seller in that he did not own the bike at the time of the accident, and he has been very forthright in everything he told me about the bike. He has provided many photos and two good (bad) photos of the dent. The one I included in this thread is the one that looks the best (worst).

If I could see the bike in person - I probably would. But right now it is too much of a risk to buy a bike unseen - with a perhaps cosmetic dent that might not fit me and I would then have to try to sell on - or worse with perhaps irreperable damage that could create a risk for me or someone else.

I expect to see the bike on ebay shortly. And I expect the listing will provide details of said dent.
