I actually bid on this but was pipped to the post :D

Would be interested if we are talking about a similar figure to what you paid.

Currently hiding in the back of a cupboard..........not me the frame......told wife only 1 box was arriving today

I think £200 is a fair price.

The fact that you paid £67 for it is irrelevant. At least you've been honest and showed people how much you got it for.

Some people (none who've commented on this thread) will be unable to look past the fact that the asking price is more than fair, and will become fixated on the fact that you paid less for it, so be prepared for the odd reply from people who somehow feel that you're giving them a raw deal!

I know this first hand after having such a hard time trying to sell a set of Fox 36s for more than I bought them for, even though my sale price was still about £100 LESS than equivalents were selling for elsewhere!!

If I had anywhere near £200 spare I'd have bitten your arm off for this.

Good luck with the sale :)

fairy nuff.

im not convinced its in the spirit of things but tis just my 2p.
Im also not sure id bite an arm of if I had a spare £200

I kind of agree, but the market on eBay has decided the current market rate. I was also going to bid on this but was out when it ended.

I know commenting on price is not good form, so I'll leave price out of it, but if the aim is to buy low, sell high, open a shop or don't post the previous sale link in your thread and ask for 200% more than it cost just days previous.

Nice frame though.

I think it's completely fair enough if the OP was lucky enough to buy it for much less than it's worth, and then wants/needs to sell it on and make a few £ in the process.

I've bought/sold lots of bikes and bits and have made a few £ in the process, which has gone towards future builds etc.

So long as the asking price is fair and the seller is honest, then I don't see the problem?

I'm just saying... Don't want to start an argument here!
