Not an SL but an even better Logic tubed model from '94.
looks like the disc tab may be fitted by Dekerf.

Yup, saw that. I contacted the seller, apparently he lives down the road from Chris Dekerf and had all the work done by him.

I asked whether it is really a Team frame, it could be a Mountain as there are rack mounts on the dropouts (have a look at the pix in the archive/gallery).

Also, consider that it was probably built for 63mm forks. I think that Chris generally suggested that 80mm will be OK.

Great looking frame though and someone will be a happy purchaser at a price.......

It's definitely a "mountain" frame. The serial no is late '94 and the dropouts changed for the Teams.
By the way , Tim, that Shetland SL is still up for grabs. I didn't hear fom the seller for two weeks, since he went snowboarding just before the auction ended. I lost interest... :roll:
