Decisions decisions, xt thumbies or xt rapidfire

I'm just about there with all the bits I need to build up my Cinder cone ( still need some nice cranks :? ) but I'm almost there

One thing I can't make my mind up on though :? I've got XT rapidfire shifters and XT thumbies and can't decide between the two

Think I'm being drawn towards the thumbies just because I haven't had a bike with them on for so long :roll:

Oh, on the basis that they're really good. Had them on the Kila, like you, hadn't used them for years, but they were great. Can't see the need for rapidfire.....oh no....have a just poked a stcik in a hornets nest?
