hey guys just built up a singlespeed scott and just wanna put a really comfy saddle on it but preferably something that doesnt look like an armchair

all recomendations welcome

doesnt have to be retro either

another spoony fan..got mine recently the dark grey faux suede on the sale

..nicer to sit on and rides better than my ex mrs

Another spoon fan. Use them for mtb and road. Cheap, pretty rugged, most comfortable i can find and i've tried loads. After 100 miles of south downs way i could barely sit down but could still ride. I think any saddle would have hurt.
Give one a go.
Only downside is that they don't look great on older mtbs.

Got a charge spoon on my twenty year old kona .....looks great and still good to be on even after three hours + and bargin prices to be had if you shop around 8)

I hate to go with the herd but I'm going to suggest the Spoon as well.

Comfy and look good. I've got one on one bike and a super expensive Flite Gel on the other and while the Flite is a bit comfier ( a very small bit) it isn't enough to justify an extra £100 unless you are doing huge mileage.

Edit, just remembered my Spoon is a Spoon Surface. I don't think it's different apart being a special colour made for Evans

Call me old fashioned, but I still go with the classic Flite. Used them for years and am not likely to change. Break them in nicely and there's nothing like them 8)
