Decent bike locks

Define 'cost the earth'

A decent lock will cost a few bob.

What lock you need depends on how long the bike will be locked up and where it will be locked up & how much you value the bike

Also how portable do you need the lock to be?

The higher the bike's value, longer it's left locked and the dodgier the location the tougher lock you need

Sold Secure is not the best rating system for locks

Almax are very good locks http://www.almax-security-chains.co.uk/ ... ts/c-1-73/

But not cheap.
