Decals fao Gil Montague

Sorry for this post but I can’t pm.
I need a full set of decals for an 88/90 cinder cone (white with splatter)
I was given Gil’s name who apparently frequents here too.
Are the decals lacquer safe as I want to lacquer over the top like I assume they would have been originally.
