Decal ideas

The american is purple annodised but the decals are well........anodised,slightly darker but faded,so how can i make them stand out but look original,no one will have stickers and if they do it wont be original,was going to get a thin marker but no artist,, and you can hardly see the letters

they actually look better in the pic because of the flash, in reallity you can hardly see them

Are you wanting to do it yourself, or with professional assistance?

I think that, with a little professional assistance, picking out some (ie 3D) or all of the edges with a thin white outline would look lovely!

As for being able to do something yourself, let me sleep on it.....

You could get Gil_M to make you some 'reverse' decals in the same size (with the wording cut out) - you'll have to be very careful with measuring and careful when you lay them over the existing decals. Then colour in the cut-outs with a suitable permanent marker, polishing over to even out the finish. Might work!

Or if you wanted the outline, you could just use the inner edges of the reverse decals as a guide....

how about a ruler and a very fine permenent marker, and a few hours without a child running around

from memory they werent much more visible than that went new!

i have n`t seen one for 16 years couldn`t remember,but they were darker than these
