think there is something similar to this on Bikeradar (am i allowed to mention other forums, do i need to mention there are other bike forums available out there as well??? )

ctc forum also has two sections..one for complete bikes and one for partial bikes and parts

would there be a way of locking the threads that are 3 months (or more ) old ?> jus so they dont confuse most of use when some newbie and some oldies me included missread them then they come to the front page again ?

I reckon I could do that, but it does involve a bit of work. Not sure if there is a script that can take care of this.
