I don't want to criticize but love the frame not loving the build.

Get some proper wheels.. Probably go cantis.. Lose a bit of bling.

Bike as it stands is a lot less than sum of its parts. Let frame do the talking.

Harsh........... but I agree with all of the above, but then again - hey, its your bike and you do what you want.

Me, I'd cover it in XT or XTR

Not really my type of build, but it is interesting to see how a DBR Axis looks with Tange Switchblades.

I agree that the overal weight is too optimistic - closer to the 9.5 Kg mark at a guess.
