Just an observation........I worked in a Raleigh 5 star Dealer in the 70's but we sold other makes as well. Raleigh / Carlton were run by accountants and their bikes by model were basically the same. Every Raleigh Arena looked like the thousands they churned out.
The smaller marques we stocked like Falcon and Dawes were like a cottage industry sometimes so it doesn't surprise me that a bike would turn up with different decals / kit / lugs / ...... the pink frame is a nod to the Dawes / Dura Ace team at the time.
Reminds me of sitting on a car window following Phil Bayton on a Dawes praying he wouldn't fall off.
