The Dawes Clubman Bicycle Cycle is a steel-framed touring bike designed for light touring and also makes a good general purpose / commuter bike for someone who wants drop bars. Gearing is 3x9 reliable stuff.

The bike is in reasonable condition but does need some care and attention. The steel frame is in good condition as are most components. I did pop new pads on them but the rims will need replacing at some stage in the not-so-long future.

Tyres are fairly new Continentals, which cost more than the list price on their own.

That is a bargain, I had one of these and while the components are fairly low end, the frame is quite nice and worthy of some upgrades.

Yeah its not a bad bike! I mostly ride an MTB but got this as something I could leave without being too worried about it. All the stuff on it very serviceable. I'm just getting rid of some bits at the moment since we're moving and no better time!
