Hasn't written much has he, hasn't even said the frame material. Looks like it has a badge on the seat tube, it'd be worth asking him what that says.

It looks quite small too, about a 20".

Other than that it looks quite a mish mash of bits n pieces some old, and not that great components, on what could be a very good frame (has a braze on front mech so probably not that old). Dave Lloyd has a good rep and with the crap description and only one picture + the fact it has suicide levers it may well put off other bidders. If you can get it for around the starting price it'd be worth the gamble imo.

The decals do have the colour of 653 or 753 and it has a funky looking monostay so the frame and forks are probaby decent kit, if a little on the small side. The bars/stem/brake levers and centre pull brake calipers look like awful tat though.
