Did these things come with any instructions as such? ie suggested location along the chainstay? or changes to chain length needed?
Just fitted one to a bike, single chainring up front, and the photo shows the chain angle when in the largest sprocket , just wondering if it looks "OK" as I haven't a clue! :lol:

you could change the angle on the stay quite a bit by bending it and I've seen mechs pull way further forward with them fitted and still run fine

So only one thing to consider really, distance from the crank arm (which makes sense).

I love the 90's instructions straight outta Yorkshire, no messing about, basically...
"if it don't fit, use owt yer can to mek it fit"
