I've had a Dave Lloyd painted titanium frame for a while now and have always wondered what it's actual patronage was...

An identical (albeit tatty) one has come on ebay and it shares all of my frames characteristics. I am trying to establish who made these frames... The only clues are the Italian threaded BB (seller on ad claims his is English, but given he can't remove it, I'm guessing he is turning it the wrong way!) and the stamp on the rear drop out.

The A is particularly interesting and someone might have seen it before!

Any info gratefully received!

I was aware who made his frames back in the beginning of his bike shop career late 70's. But things might have changed over the years. As a matter of fact I did race on one his bikes. Good bikes back then.
