It's a 1994 (I think) Titanium frame

Hi, my 1990 Dynatech (2060 tubing) has a B stamp on the BB shell, so it may be safe to assume that an E stamp would indicate 1993.

If memory serves 'E' would suggest '93 on an mtb, guessing road were the same...
