after 12 years and about 40,000 miles, my Hope Ti-glide decided to pop...

Hope-fully should be able to get it fixed by you-know-who.

thats gotta hurt if you give them a call you should get a lot better responce there always slow on emails may take a couple of days for a responce but alwys helped my over the phone  8)

If you have any luck, let us know. I've got a couple of front hubs with cracks in. I have to say it's unlikely that they can be fixed though.

do you have original receipt, proof of purchase? from a manufacturers point of view its gonna be hard to accept a 12yr old hub under warranty grounds without a receipt.
I'd call rather than email, hope are always v.helpful over the phone :)

Hope repaired[replaced] a broken flange for me a while ago, although i was working in a bike shop at the time, might be worth trying thru your local Hope dealer. They also knocked up a very tasty adapter to fit an AMP disc brake to a rear hub too, so cheers to the Hope guys!! :D

I'd be really interested to hear how you get on with this. Like i said I've got a couple of Hope hubs with cracked flanges that I'd love to get fixed (especially the disk one).
