Danny MacAskill Plays Capetown (complete video)

bloody great!

i think he is getting a bit repetitive though
yes he is virtually unmatched talent wise
but does he have to keep doing them 360's and reverse nose manuals?

love when he gets into the lift though 8)

I'm with cyfa. He's so good I now find myself getting bored watching his videos. Oh and what the he'll this has to do with camera sponsorship is lost on me.

.

Well i've had a long hard think about it and i've decided that, yes i would gladly exchange both my testicles for 50% of his riding ability :D

he is very good, nice to see old skool bmx tricks being used to enhance trials with street riding. progresive with a hint of roots.

needs a bigger front ring tho, lol. very good

The gap jump on the flyover is amazing, probably not that wide by his standards but zero room for error with that drop.

I understand that some might be getting "bored" with his tricks but the boy has talent and if it keeps my kids pushing themselves give us some more!

The great thing about it is that kids can get this kind of buzz by jumping across gaps between roads, etc, without even needing a bike. Props to Danny for making it more appealing though.

Seriously, do we really need our kids being 'inspired' to take plainly stupid risks?

I get the majority of the tricks are well executed and it is all put together stylishly but throwing in lethal risks, is it really what it is all about?

It's fun taking risks- lethal or otherwise, and it can help push you further in many fields, part of growing up. Did you never climb a tree as a youngster?

Me too grown up for this sort of thing...

You wouldn't catch me doing it now though. I teach my kids to take calculated risks and to consider the consquences of it going wrong.
