Ok, I can usually be found lurking in the pre 1997. MTB section, however, I fancy builing up a cyclocross bike that has good tyre clearance.
I already have a Surly Crosscheck fork so just need the frame.
I'm 5'8" and a bit with a 32" inside leg.
I's prefer steel and 1 1/8" headtube if possible.
The bike will be used on and off road.
Maximum budget £100 but could be easily tempted bys omething cheaper or marginally more expensive.
Any suggestions or buying advice welcome.
