Doubt they'll find him, doubt even less he'll do time for it, i'd rather hope he tries it with the wrong rider, they catch him and kick seven shades of sh*te out of the pr*ck :x

Depressing thought if it was intentional, the things people are capable of these days :roll:

Also the car must have passed pretty close for the passenger to reach out with a proper shove so the car driver is just as guilty by the looks of it.

This really angers me :x

Years ago, 94ish IIRC, I was riding a 25mile TT on the A11 and some muppet leaned out of their car and thumped me on the shoulder as I was approaching a roundabout. Gave me a bloody dead arm which made the turn quite difficult.

Why cant people just leave cyclists alone?

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest, although it does anger me! After having that Corsa running me off the road last month for no reason whatsoever, I can quite believe this story to be true too.

How depressing.

It strikes me that now, more than ever there are more car drivers than ever that, other than perhaps as a small child, have never ridden a bicyle or a motorcycle and have no appreciation of how vulnarable you are. Car drivers often pass too close, or just don't see you or appreciate how fast you are travelling and pull out in front of you, but to commit a deliberate act is appaling. If they catch them I hope they throw the book at them and make an example.
