As we all know the net has pushed up to cost "vintage" parts and certain bike life style events.
There is nothing worst than selling items at a fair price then see it sold on the net at a high/ mad price ...Supply and demand I suppose . I try to sell at a fair price if I do I jumble . I do about two a year . Manchester works for me followed by a local one.
I tend to take a lot of small items .
A proper swap meet would be nice, or even though this forum . I have done it latter .
In the past I have swapped items with fellow collectors . As long as both sides are happy it works well.
I try not to look round much if I sell at a jumble as I suffer for the moth syndrome .
Jumbles are great for passing the time of day with like minded folk.
With current prices I am glad I am over the vintage classic bike bug ....until it get bitten again :facepalm:
