Custom Paint

I've got to agree, I don't get the whole "rat" or "fake pattina" thing.
If I spend time and money on something then I want it to look like I have.
That said as a piece of creative paint work it is quite impressive.
 
Oh come on, no one steals in Japan. ;)
(actually, the rusty one might be more prone to theft than something shiny--wouldn't want to offend someone who CARES about their bike)

At about 4.25 they show how they print real tree camo on intricate shapes.
Just prior to that they show tumble polising on the same thing in case you've ever wondered.

I have got a pending enquiry with a uk firm who do this. I'm liking the idea of potentially the first advantage timber dipped clockwork orange!
