'custom' Bridgestone MB-1

The fork is definitely a Bridgestone fork but I have my doubt about the frame. Did Bridgestone do custom single speed requests?

The drop outs are a later addition, if you look in one photo there are gear cable guides still attached near the headtube. Probably done at the same time as the spray job and the head badge
