its not full of sand it just sounds like it, lack of use? Hasnt been used since surrey retrobike last august

if that's the same surry ride i did on the gulf last year it was the most gritty sandy gear crunching ride i had ever been on , i had a new chain fitted for that ride and it was making some horrendous noises as were most others that ride up the last climbs
