Guys it's getting serious, for the first time yesterday I won an eBay auction (for a nice snowflake Hope rear wheel) and asked the seller to send it to work

Is this common practise or should I be worried?

Mind you, 'er indoors ventured into the mancave the other day and didn't notice the black cindercone that didn't used to be there - even though I was tinkering with it at the time!

As to your black Cindercone you think the maud didn't notice, perhaps it is a case of she is thinking,' another bike, well at least I know where he is and where his money is going, far better than the worry of wondering'.

But regards sending ebay purchases to alternative locations, I believe that is fine as long as payment is made. I did it last year when I purchased no slip ice cleats for my old dear and had them sent to where she lives, but I always ask the vendor if they are happy to do so out of courtesy.

Remember how many times you might have commented on a dress or a pair of shoes you havent seen her wear before, and she said she had it for ages, you shouldnt feel bad, its a war out there, and we need as much cunningness as possible

btw I'm single, i get stuff delivered at work, if i dont want a trip to the local delivery depot

That's the problem, I never notice when she's wearing something new... She has been moved to comment that I'd tale more notice if she were a bike part...

As for buying stuff she is really good - tells me everything!
